Check in, reach the ocean, and walk the Boardwalk

Spend the first evening in central Myrtle Beach. Leave the car at the hotel once you can reach the beach and Boardwalk safely on foot.

6:00 PM

First walkBackup: Hotel pool and an early dinner if storms arrive

Boardwalk, SkyWheel, and the Atlantic at dusk

Walk the beach or Boardwalk before dinner. The SkyWheel and arcades supply the bright central-Myrtle-Beach version of the coast without requiring another drive.

Saturday

Maritime forest, aquarium, then seafood

Myrtle Beach State Park opens the day with maritime forest, beach, and fishing-pier views. After lunch, Ripley's Aquarium brings sharks, rays, and indoor galleries to Broadway at the Beach before a hotel swim and seafood dinner.

8:00 AM

Beach morningBackup: The beach beside your hotel if the park reaches capacity

Myrtle Beach State Park

Walk the undeveloped beach and maritime-forest paths before parking demand rises. The park warns that parking is limited, so check current notices before leaving the hotel.

4:30 PM

Beach break

Return to the hotel for a swim

Two hours at the hotel beach or pool separates the attraction district from dinner and keeps Saturday from becoming a continuous drive-and-queue circuit.

Highlight
The trip’s main event
Viator

Polynesian Fire Luau and Dinner Show

A Polynesian-themed dinner show in Myrtle Beach featuring fire performance.

Sunday

Sunrise at the central beach, then Market Common

Return to the central beach before the Boardwalk fills, eat after the walk, and use Market Common only when its airport-side location fits the departure route.

7:30 AM

Final morning

Walk or swim at the hotel beach

The central beach is quieter before the Boardwalk and day attractions fill. Use the same access you already know, then return for breakfast and checkout.
